How to put gym music under a Reel, TikTok or YouTube
The 30 seconds on this site are a preview. The sound in the video comes from the app you post in.
Three steps
Preview 30 seconds
Open a track and play the preview. If the hook fits the lift, that is the one.
Open the same song
Use the TikTok, YouTube, Spotify or Apple Music button on that track. Same title. Official release.
Add it in the app
Instagram and TikTok take the sound from their library. YouTube takes it in the editor. Do not download the preview and drop the file in.
Where the sound comes from
Instagram Reels
Add audio in Instagram and search the title. The preview here only tells you if the hook lands. The sound has to be the one Instagram offers.
TikTok
Open the TikTok button on the track, or search the title under Sounds. Use that sound on the clip.
YouTube
Open the YouTube button. Put that audio on the video in YouTube Studio. If the title is in the audio library, pick it there.
Pick the cut first
- Girls PowerGirls Power is the clip of women training. The hook sits under the set.
- Hard LiftsHard Lifts is the heavy single and the last reps. Slow, then the drop.
- Fast MusicFast Music is cardio and quick cuts. The beat matches the edit.
- RapRap is talking to camera, bars over the lift.
