Just One More Day, in short
The title asks for the next day, not a new life. A six-time Mr. Olympia said who had his vote. A club south of Perth opens a race floor.
The meaning behind the title
The title does not ask for a new plan. It asks for the next day on the clock, then the same choice again. One more session, not a new life. Just One More Day by DJ CAIborg runs 3:15, out on 20 August 2026, filed under hard lifts. The track is on the Just One More Day page.
Fitness trend topics
On 1 October 2026 Dorian Yates posted on Instagram about the Mr. Olympia in Las Vegas. FitnessVolt wrote it up on 2 October. Yates said he had Nick Walker winning. Walker, he said, was in shape, with no body part that was outstandingly weak, and that is why Walker got his vote.
