GYM STORY
Pressure, in short
Pressure is the load you stay under, not a compliment. A name came off a Scotland strongman card. Hyrox put its workouts inside a German gym app.
The meaning behind the title
The title is one word, and it is not praise. Pressure is the part of a set a lifter is told to stay inside, not a promise that the bar will feel kind. The word names the load. Pressure by DJ CAIborg runs 2:54 and came out on 1 September 2026. The track sits on the Pressure page.
Fitness trend topics
On 1 October 2026 FitnessVolt reported that Hafthor Bjornsson has withdrawn from the 2026 Rogue Invitational. The contest is 23 to 25 October at the P&J Live in Aberdeen, Scotland. Pavlo Kordiyaka takes the open spot. The report said neither Bjornsson nor Rogue had given a reason.
What is happening in the fitness world
On 1 October 2026 Hyrox launched Training+. Gyms can put official Hyrox workouts inside the member app they already run. One FIIT built it, on the Hyrox365 system. Fitness First Germany already shows it in the EGYM app. ABC Fitness and EGYM are the first technology partners.
